- Distributor Management System (DMS) Integration We integrated the learning platform with the client’s existing DMS to enable automated syncing of user data. New users were added periodically, and exiting staff were automatically logged out, ensuring real-time access control.
- Multi-Factor Authentication The system featured secure user authentication via mobile numbers, email addresses, and OTPs—protecting access and ensuring data integrity.
- View-Only Content Access To protect proprietary training materials, users were allowed to view but not download content. This maintained confidentiality while enabling just-in-time learning.
- Comprehensive Learning Analytics Admins gained access to detailed user insights, including login timestamps, session durations, content completion rates, and performance metrics.
- Custom Admin Portal A web-based administration panel was built from scratch for managing users, roles, courses, and access permissions. The intuitive interface reduced admin effort and improved workflow efficiency.
